I took these for several months to help with severe cramps and periods being controlled by the pill. I stopped the pill and began this kit. I stopped after about 4-5 months because of the monthly cost, and that was a mistake. My first period off of these pills was horrible. I have hypothyroidism and an inflamed thyroid and the feeling like my throat is closing came back. I had stomach issues from gallbladder removal and my digestive issues came back. I’ve been taking these for over 3 months now, so I have a full report!
My starting point: I came off hormonal birth control around 7 years ago. I had been on it for nearly a decade and my cycle and skin never seemed to regulate after coming off. I would have some months of regularity, then go through weeks of PMS only to skip a period or even two. Emotionally, I felt like a yo-yo, and my skin was a wreck. Dietary changes alone did not help. I had my thyroid and blood work checked but all came back “normal.”
It was one of those late periods (and all the emotional and skin wreckage that came with it) that led me to finally order this kit.
Within a few days of starting the supplements, I noticed less bloating and better digestion. My appetite regulated (it was also on a yo-yo along with my emotions).
Within the first month, I felt like my stress threshold increased. My husband noticed before I did, commenting that despite my work days being difficult, I didn’t seem as moody.
And my skin!!! The persistent acne on my chest and neck cleared up, and my breakouts became far less intense and frequent.
When my period returned, it took me by surprise — in a good way! No PMS marathon leading up to it.
Several months in, I my hair is less oily and growing fast.

I have been taking these for over a year and am so so glad i found them!
I have had painful cramps forever. I have been on birth control, had to take a lot of IBUprofen or Naproxen, and tried all sorts of supplements, diet, but to not much consistent relief. After the most debilitating period in my recollection, I decided to try this kit and noticed immediate relief the next month. While my periods still have some cramping and pain, and can vary in regularity, the pain no longer is a debilitating part of my life. I have noticed a huge difference. I am no longer afraid of my period pain. I usually only now need to take a small amount of ibuprofen and sometimes don’t need any! I recently started trying out a TENS device for period pain called Ovira and that seems to be helping me too. I am wanting to keep working on getting my cycle more regular so i plan to really focus on my diet and also be more consistent with taking all of the supplement pills every day and skipping less out of laziness haha. So I hope these supplements stay around forever, I am so glad to have them!

Before starting this kit I had terrible cystic acne that would get waaaaay worse the week before my period. I have been on antibiotics and tried all the topical skin treatments without success.
